Returns and Exchanges
At Cuddles Kids Bedding Boutique we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We have carefully selected th best products from the top brands in the industry. We are proud to offer a "Hassel Free" exchange and return policy for our customers. If for some reason you find a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 1-414-412-2406 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following information when you contact us to help us expedite your exchange or return:
• Name on the Order • Order date • Order Number • Reason for Return
Our customer service staff are more than willing to assist you. Please read carefully our policy related to exchanges and returns prior to contacting us so that the assistance we provide will be the most efficient.
We are happy to assist you with an exchange if the item you purchased just didn't meet your expectations. All exchanges require a Return Authorization Number prior to making a return or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss your concerns and we will be happy to assist. If necessary, the manufacturer will be contacted to facilitate the exchange and further instructions on how to make the exchange will be provided at that time. In some instances, a restocking fee will apply. All exchanges must occur within 30 days of your original date of purchase.
If the exchange is related to a manufacturers defect, please notify us immediately upon awareness of the defect. Please keep the product in the original packaging so that the manufacturer can inspect the item prior to issuing a replacement.
Some items cannot be accepted for exchange which include those items which are personalized, monogrammed, or custom made as these products were specifically made for you. There are a few brands/manufacturers that will not accept returns/exchanges due to lack of interest or need. These brands include Whistle and Wink, Little House, Bebe Chic and Baby Milan. These companies put forth significant efforts towards maintaining the highest quality of workmanship for each product and for this reason will only accept exchanges and returns for products that exhibit quality issues or are found to be damaged or defective. In addition, products which relate to health and hygiene cannot be accepted for exchange due to hygiene and safety related issues.
We hope you never need to return your purchase, but in those rare cases when this is necessary, we have provided for you below simple steps to follow to execute your return:
• We offer a 30 day return policy for most products sold at Cuddles Kids Bedding Boutique.
• Please contact our office immediately to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to making your return. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase so that a RA number can be requested from the manufacturer.
• The manufacturer will provide you with instructions on how to complete your return. In some cases arrangements will be made with UPS for pickup.
• All returned products must be returned in original, unworn and unused condition and must be enclosed in original, unopened packaging within 30 days. All items must be in resell-able condition, free of dirt, wear, tear and handling. If your product is returned in an unacceptable condition, the order will be sent back to you at your expense. If your purchase shipped via Free Standard shipping, you will be credited for a full refund minus standard shipping rates as outlined below.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Restocking charges apply for most items that are returned. At the time you request your RA number, the particular manufacturers restocking charges will be provided to you at this time. The typical charge ranges from 15 - 20% depending on the product.

• If an item is returned without first receiving a Return Authorization Number, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
• Please take time to inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Any claim for damaged items must be made within 2 business days. Any claims made after 2 business days will not be accepted and, therefore, are unable to be returned or replaced.
Unfortunately, there are some items that under no circumstances are acceptable for return. These include:
• Potty chairs, Potty Training aids, Potty Training Pants, Bath Tubs, Feeding sets and anything related to health and hygiene.
• Custom made products such as furniture, bedding, jewelry. Products that have been personalized and monogrammed.
• Certain manufacturers stand behind their high standards of quality and workmanship and therefore do not accept returns. These manufacturers include, but are not limited to: Bebe Chic, Green Frog Art. If you are unsure if your product is acceptable for returns, then please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist.
• Products that are on final sale, discontinued or that were receive through our monthly giveaway promotions.
• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash return and if a product was purchased with a Gift Certificate, then a new Gift Certificate will be issued in full or for the remaining balance.
• All items that are custom made cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Items that have been custom made that are refused at delivery will still be the responsibility of the customer.
